- Shared staff inbox. Inbound messages stop living on one person's phone.
- Window rules enforced. WhatsApp allows free-form replies for 24 hours after a member's message. GymOS enforces that boundary itself rather than leaving it to staff memory.
- Approved templates outside the window. Messages sent outside the applicable window go out as approved templates.
- Automated reminders. Membership reminders can be sent automatically once Meta has approved the required outbound templates for your own WhatsApp Business Account. That approval is part of setup.
